The Website provides news and general information. It is not a government website and does not provide any government service, application, registration or payment. See our Disclaimer. Always confirm information on official sources before acting.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Website unlawfully or in breach of Pakistani law, including PECA 2016;
- hack, disrupt, overload or harm the Website;
- scrape or republish our content in bulk without written permission;
- post spam, scams, misleading claims, personal data (such as CNIC numbers) or harmful links in comments; or
- impersonate Weeb Pakistan, our staff, or any government body, or use our name to deceive others.
3. Intellectual property
Our text, original images, graphics and design belong to Weeb Pakistan or its licensors. You may quote short extracts with credit and a link to the original article. Other copying or commercial use needs our written permission. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their owners.
4. Comments and submissions
You are responsible for what you submit. It must be your own, lawful and not defamatory or infringing. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit or remove it. We may moderate or delete any comment.
5. Third-party links and ads
We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, services or ads, including those served by Google. Dealings with advertisers are between you and them.
6. No warranty
The Website is provided “as is”. We try to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it is error-free, complete, current or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weeb Pakistan and its team are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Website.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction.
