Our commitment
Weeb Pakistan respects intellectual property rights. We respond to clear notices of alleged infringement under the Copyright Ordinance, 1962 of Pakistan and the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Our own images are original or licensed (see our Editorial Policy).
How to send a copyright notice
Email info@weeb.com.pk with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- the copyrighted work you say was infringed;
- the exact URL(s) of the material on weeb.com.pk;
- your name, postal address, phone and email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.

What happens next
We review complete notices and, where valid, remove or disable the material, normally within 2 to 5 working days. Where possible, we inform the person who published it.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake, send us: your signature; the removed URL; a good-faith statement that it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your contact details; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan and to accept service from the original complainant. We may restore the material unless the complainant tells us they have started legal action.
Repeat infringers and false claims
We may block contributors who repeatedly infringe. False notices or counter-notices may have legal consequences.
